The main sections of our website are housed in a collaborative database. All users are granted "Guest Access", to the system, but we also require that you register on the site. Upon registration your unique username and password will be sent to you. The system is very intuitive, and has been designed in such a way as to garner information, stories, memorabilia etc. Due to the short space of time that we have available to collect all this data, we needed to design a system that would allow as many people as possible to contribute in real time. I hope you enjoy what should be a very "nostalgic Betar Experience".

NOTE: This system uses Active X controls, and when you receive pop up's or Active X messages to "DOWNLOAD" these controls, please do so. They are 100% safe and are being generated from our "Betar Site" servers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding these controls, please contact Avi Baer, webmaster@betar-sa.com. 

In order to access the main Betar database you will need to complete the following 2 steps.

1.		Log in to http://sharepoint.betar-sa.com (This is the private SA Betar Database Site), AS A GUEST With the following username & password. UserName : betar@betar-sa.com Password : telchai (Note only the password is case sensitive).
		Win 2000 and MAC users If you are using a Windows 2000 Machine, and or a Mac, your log in screen will look a little different to those on Win XP and Vista. If your browser is Safari on the Mac, the log in may appear in two ways: 1. You will see three fields when you try and log in, 2. You see only two. In both cases log in as per the diagram on the right USERNAME: "THEXPGUYZ\betar" PASSWORD: "telchai" If the log in dialogue box has a third field "DOMAIN" you will leave this blank. Once you have registered you will receive you personal username and password. The same rules above will apply when you have to sign in with your new credentials, namely make sure that you include the prefix "THEXPGUYZ\" I.e., "THEXPGUYZ\avi.baer"
2.		Once you are in the main site, please REGISTER by clicking on the large "Register Now" button towards the top of the page on the right hand side.
